i'm getting a yellow icon at the bottom of uTorrent

i'm getting a yellow icon at the bottom of uTorrent all the time. I have uTorrent 1.7.5, a Linksys AM200, I have set up a static IP and forwarded my port in my router setup options. I have enabled UPnP port mapping in both my router options and in uTorrent, but the yellow icon was still there. I have disabled Windows Firewall. I have reset my router and then forwarded the port again but it didn't work.

what can i do to solve this issue
