Main frame only thing showing

When I open uTorrent the only frame that shows is the listing of the torrents.

It won't show the left pane with "All, Downloading, Completed, Active, Inactive" nor the bottom pane with the "General, Files, Logger" tabs.

And for the life of me I can't find the option in preferences.
