First, please, forgive me for my bad English.

So, a problem:

uTorrent (1.7.5) connecting to tracker, but does not send and does not accept data (nobody can download from me and I too cannot download from anybody).

A icon on the bottom panel have red color.

Here that I tried to make:

1. I have adjusted ISA 2006, according to a guide, published on this forum (http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=210114#p210114)

That I have made in addition (it was not mentioned in a guide):

- I used a range of ports 20000-65000

- I used a 50000 port on a per-client basis protocol

- I have created additional protocol "BitTorrent UDP RS" (UDP ReceiveSend on ports 20000-65000)

- Also I have created a rule: Allow all protocols, created on a guide, from Internal to External for All Users.

- Non Web-Server publihing rule has been set as first rule (to the top) in Firewall Settings, Internal to External BitTorrent rule - as second rule.

2. In uTorrent I use 50000 port for incoming connections

Additional options:

- Randomize port: disabled

- uPnP: disabled

- NAT-PMP mapping: disabled

- Add uTorrent to a Windows Firewall exceptions: enabled

- DHT: disabled (I don't need them)

Nevertheless, change of these options in my case does not influence a situation.

3. In Kaspersky Antivirus (7.0) I have add a rule allows the application utorrent.exe any network activity.

As a result (a bad result):

- I can connect to the tracker, connect torrent files, but I can not download and upload.

- Also I cannot add peers manually - after input IP:Port (in Add Peer dialog) nothing occurs.

- Icon on the bottom panel still have red color

What can I make? Help me please, I have already despaired. :(
