[help] Blocking utorrent

Hi all, since we always go over our monthly download quota, I'm just wondering if there's any way to prevent users on my network from downloading stuff using utorrent. I've tried messing around with the ports settings on my router but I haven't got any success at all, utorrent somehow still manages to download stuff even though the ports have been blocked (i know they're blocked because the port checker says so).

If you can change their µTorrent settings, change their half open limit to 0.

Or tell µTorrent to bind with 127.0.0.1

Or put in an IPFILTER.DAT file that blocks 0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255

Also put in reasonable limits on everything so NEXT month you won't have overrun problems.

Blocking incoming traffic won't block torrent traffic. Or damn near anything.
