seeds stay at 99.6%

i think this is a major bug, as the peers that had finished downloaded stays at 99.6% and wasn't changed to peer and thus lower my download speed

i am using xp, utorrent 1.7.5, that doesn't happen to one torrent only, i have 7 torrent, there's alot of 99.6% on alot of IPs, even after there's upload from me to them, their status is still 99.6% and they don't become seeds

Stop the torrents and force a recheck on them.

tested on few torrents still showing 99.6%, thanks for the advice,

i right clicked, go to advance and clear peer list but still the same, i clicked on update tracker, and still the same, i have stopped it, and force recheck, and force start, butstill the same

nope, i am not using router, i am using sony erricson w900i phone as modem connected through usb port, i have no problem with older version, just that after i upgraded to 1.7.5 then it's that way
