Re: ETA does still show up even when the torrent is 100% downloadedBecause it's calculating the time to reach seeding goal now.Not a bug.------------------------Maybe not a bug, but misuse. A stands for arrival.Use another column, eg "ETRS"."Reach Seeding Goal" - what is that anyway (no relevant google result)?
hermanm Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 This is from the help file utorrent.chm:Peers Jobs ListETA displays the estimated amount of time needed for µTorrent to finish downloading the torrent job. If the torrent job is in seeding mode, then the ETA displays the estimated time it will take for µTorrent to reach the seeding goal. If the torrent job is stopped or has reached its seeding goal ∞ will be displayed. Note that this column takes selective file downloading into account, so only the data you select to be downloaded will be counted.
DoomProof Posted October 20, 2007 Author Report Posted October 20, 2007 Thanks Herman, still does not explain what the "Seeding goal" actually is.I still hold this is misuse: "(file) Arrival" is not "(Seeding) Goal Reached".Where can I find the chm (help file?) - the uTorrent directory contains only 1 file (exe). Great to keep things really small, but a help file is very valuable.
