1.7.5 utorrent uploading way to much

i just installed the newest version of utorrent on my laptop and its uploading almost double to triple of the download.

down on the bottom where it says how much is downloand and uploading i set uploading it to 20Kb/s and it tends to go overboard and does around 35-40KB/s. ive got the download set to unlimited.

ive never had this problem with the version i got on my desktop xp.on the version that is on xp when i set the upload to wot i want it stays there,but not this new version.

ive had to stop other torrents from seeding cause the upload speed would be almost double to wot i want uploaded,taken up way to much bandwidth on uploading.

i know its prob something simply lol. other than that i can download just fine,its just the uploading isnt listening to wot i put it at.

just to let u know dl's usually go faster wen ur uploading is fast, because u r a "leecher" (downloading and uploading) u r sending parts of the file 2 other peers instead of them downloading and taking up bandwidth from the "seeders" it can make a big difference sometimes. just test it and see. set ur max upload limit to 1kb/s then look at the average dl speed then set it to unlimited and look at the difference in speed
