Euphoria
Well I've been trying to get this fixed literally all night, but this is my final attempt. I've tried suggestions on this forum, I've forwarded different ports over and over, and I've changed my upload speed to the closest I got at speedtest.net.According to that, I should be downloading fine. And I am downloading fine through Firefox, my speed is normal at around 220+. Only, in uTorrent I can't get anything close to that. I used to be able to, but tonight I can't. The maximum I've had is 72, but that was just once, and my average speed is around 17kB/s.I'm running Windows XP SP2, firewalls off, anti-virus off and a Belkin router. Any ideas? Thanks

Switeck
Belkin routers as a rule are HORRIBLY BAD for µTorrent! You'll need to disable a LOT of features in µTorrent for it to work properly...if at all!DHT, Resolve IPs (right-click in PEERS window on an active torrent), UPnP -- ALL need to be disabled.
