help with resume

Hi I keep getting this message even when i have used add& remove progs to reload u torrent

the file or directory c:\ documents and settings \gaz\application data\utorrent\resume.dat is corrupt and unreadable please run chkdsk utility

can anyone help and where do i find chdsk utility many thanks gaz
