trustintrance
I'm attempting to externally enable ipfiltering by parsing and changing the settings.dat file, after bendecoding the settings file I couldnt find the advanced options. Is there a secondary configuration file that contains these options?
DreadWingKnight
No there is not.Changing settings in the settings.dat file while uTorrent is running won't work either.
trustintrance
Thanks for the prompt response, I would have guessed it would require a restart. Are there registry keys that store those options then perhaps?
Firon
No registry use at all (except for association of torrent files).
Ultima
And startup entry.ipfilter.dat is automatically enabled. The only time it is disabled is if settings.dat contains an ipfilter.enable key that contains the integer value 0.
