Example: 700mb file my CPU usage turn 100% for 1 minute... after that it went back to normal....Is this normal? or is there a way to prevent this? Thanks in advance... Firon
It sounds like your antivirus app is trying to scan the file while it's trying to download.
Azterisk
I am using NOD32.... Ok i will check if it is the problem... Thank you...
Switeck
NOD32 has something called IMON (internet monitor) that probably needs to be disabled...or so I've heard from other posts on the subject here.
Ultima
I never actually had any problem with IMON enabled while µTorrent is in its exceptions list, but I have no use for IMON either, so disabling was a more prudent approach from a "don't waste resources on what you don't need/use" standpoint

Switeck
If you have a good firewall, you can try uninstalling NOD32 entirely and seeing if that helps. Then, reinstall the latest version later.

DreadWingKnight
Are the drives ending up in PIO mode on the reinstall of the channels?
Azterisk
Yes...after i uninstall the driver then restart...The problem is solved but after some time the problem is back... Do you think i have an hardware issue? Do i need to replace my HDD?
Firon
If it happens repeatedly, it means your hard drive IS having trouble. Some sectors may be starting to fail.
