clearing a path for utorrent in Shaw Secure

That's the instructions for creating a custom rule in Shaw Secure which is what I believe I need to do to get utorrent connecting properly. however I don't know what I'm supposed to do for a couple of those steps. How do I know what to select for Steps 10, 13 and 14(both ways ?). Thanks in advance for any help!

You need to allow all outgoing ports for µTorrent, and allow incoming on the port you specified in µT's preferences. I guess it'd be 2-way. Without ever having used the Shaw firewall, that's the best I can do (instructions aren't exactly the clearest).

Is a port just an ip address? I see no options to open a "port" specifically anywhere. I can't seem to find anyone thats used Shaw Secure with utorrent. :\
