No problems with the download, but when my upload speed is slo slow and take ages to improve my share ration and than some torrents sites just stop my account. Switeck Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 You're on Rogers Cable ISP in Canada?They throttle BitTorrent traffic hard, especially on the upload side -- where you might get 0-4 KiloBYTES/sec max upload speed!You might see higher upload speeds to other Rogers customers...but good luck finding them!
