sayuki288 Posted October 31, 2007 Report Posted October 31, 2007 how can i make utorrent compatible with nvidia network access manager?
Ultima Posted November 2, 2007 Report Posted November 2, 2007 If you're referring to the popup message about incompatibility... The only thing you can do to stop it (currently) is to uninstall nVidia NAM. µTorrent 1.8 works around problems people were having with it, though.
sbjf Posted November 12, 2007 Report Posted November 12, 2007 Hi, I was reinstalling some drivers a few days ago (including Ethernet) and have now noticed I installed NAM alongside. After installing, my internet was gone, though after restarting windows, everything was fine - until I noticed that now when I watched movies in flash in my web browser (youtube etc) at some point it would stop and i couldn't continue watching that particular movie. So I decided to deinstall NAM as I've heard a lot of bad things about it: The Problem: after deinstalling NAM, I don't have access to the internet anymore. My computer assigns itself its own IP address, even though there's a DHCP server running in our LAN. When I set my IP address on my own, I can contact the other computers via ping etc but not via browser or anything and I can't access the Internet. I've tried restarting, reinstalling the Ethernet drivers but nothing worked - apart from reinstalling NAM, which renders me unable to watch movies & clips online.Anyone know how to fix this??Thanks, please e-mail me!
