Error: Access Denied

hi keep getting error the process cannot access the file because its being used by another process can any one help

ok this is my problem using utorrent i have tried downloading numerous torrents and keep getting error message unable to load torrent file name then access is denied. i have never experienced any problems with utorrent before so i am confused i have searched through forums and faqs with no luck

Did you partially uninstall McAfee?
