Running at 100%

I just reinstalled windows Xp so its a clean install with no Firewalls or anything else, plugged in my second hard drive (internal) as always and installed the new utorrent client. Here comes the problem, when i start downloading something or resume downloading, the CPU Usage goes up to 100% and is all used by utorrent.

If i resume the download usually it starts by checking the file (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% and so on).

I have a P4 2.7Ghz with 1Gb Ram and 2 Hdd.

I did go trough FAQ's and nothing seems to work.

P.S Internet speed is configured and i am using no more than 80% of up and 90% down.

Any ideas.

Btw, its not always working at 100%, sometimes it can be at 100% non stop for 20 minutes, the other times its only at the beginning (when i am just starting to download a file) and it doesn't matter if the file is 500mg or 1.7gb.
