Queued order question

Hay there i have just a general question, how do i organize the order in which my queued torrents are downloaded? I tried the obvious answer of the arrows that point up and down but they don't move the one i selected at all (though they will put the torrent i selected as the current download and queue the one that just was) I'm sure the answer is right in front of me, but I'm just passing over it. (Oh I'm using 1.7.5 if that helps) Thanks in advance for the help~

Sort the torrent list by the # column, and the arrows will move the torrents around.
