Why Are My Download Speeds So Slow?

ok so i have 6-8 meg broadband and i have followed the speed guide on utorent and everything is correct but my download speeds are really poor.

at 1st i thought it was coz the torrent didnt have many seeds, but 90% of the things i download always have hundreds or thousands of seeds.

my max download speed is 115kbps, what is goin on, is there a way to boost this.

You wanna know my speed? 15 kbps for all 5 torrent... Not to mention that my whole internet connection goes slow when i use utorrent... (T.T)
