Setting upload limit doesn't work properly

Hello !

I have a really annoying problem with µtorrent 1.7.5. I can't limit my upload speed.

Every torrent always uses the whole upload bandwitch and, when I set an upload limit (for a specifig torrent, or for the global upload), it doesn't work, it continues to use my whole upload bandwitch... Because of that, l can't play nor l can't use internet :/

(My system is : laptop Vaio-FZ21M, my OS is Windows Vista)
