Ian_13 Posted November 4, 2007 Report Share Posted November 4, 2007 im using a desktop at my college dorm. i cant download torrents. the actual torrent file. it starts downloading the torrent at around 2 or 3 Kb then decreases until it get to very few BYTES. so i get them from my friends laptop when he goes wireless. but then i can only download the files when i actually get a tracker to connect because my DHT doesnt log in. ive been reading forums for days now and done all kinds of suggestions multiple times. im guessing its just my school's server. ive enabled protocol Encryption... i had version 1.7.2 then went to 1.7.4 then 1.7.5. is there something i can do?
