creating and seedning torrents

Hello!

Now i'm create a torrent file with utorrent. Then i upload this torrent to my website. You can see my posted pictures what i did, but i have a problem with seeding and downloading file. In my torrent client i have still no seeds and no peers. Please look my pictures and tell me what i did wrong.

Now i posted bigger pictures. The problem i have with torrent is that "utorrent" is seeding files, but in my website under torrents page i haven't any seeds and leechers on this files.
