Which after you finish the download is 0, since you've finished the download and thus don't need any seeders no more. The numbers of seeders available is the number following the parenthesis, in your case 3522 available seeders. Which is the relevant number. So the answer to your question is: You do see the number of people seeding a torrent after it completes. It's the number following the parenthesis.
