DaMan
For some reason, I have 2 torrents that are 100% completely downloaded and seeding, but still are continuing to download sporadically at small speeds lower than 1 kB/sec. I have done "force re-checks" on both of them numerous amount of times and it said 100% complete for both of them. I've came to the conclusion this is a bug unless there is more to this. Does anyone know?Thank you.

DaMan
How come it doesn't happen with all torrents? 0_o
Firon
It only happens when there's peers to generate protocol overhead.
DaMan
Thanks for the quick responses! Does it depend on the tracker at all? How common is that characteristic (for peers)?
Ultima
It's unrelated to the tracker, and is all dependent on the number of peers you're connected to and how many are actually actively transferring with you (or are prospective-receivers-in-talks-to-receive).
