Port Forwarding - ESET Smart Security

I have 8 rules set for utorrent.exe

1. Outbound TCP Allow on ports 80, 8080 (for trackers)

2. Inbound TCP/UDP Allow on all ports, remote address 127.0.0.1 (for loopback)

3. Outbound TCP Allow on ports 1024 - 65535 (for peers)

4. Inbound TCP Allow on ports 1024 - 65535 to local port 50321 (listening - this is my port forwarding rule)

5. Inbound UDP Allow on ports 1024 - 65535 to local port 50321 (listening)

6. Inbound TCP Block All

7. Outbound TCP Block All

8. Inbound/Outbound UDP Block All

but it doesn't appear to work - checking port forwarding using the utorrent Speed Guide shows the port is not being forwarded.

Where am I going wrong? ESET Smart Security is a new firewall to me but the rules structure is similar to that of Outpost Firewall Pro and these rules worked in that program (I think!).

Verify settings and order of your rules are correct. Many times rules are inclusive. You are providing an exclusive ruleset. (as in Do only what I tell it vs. Do everything I don't tell it). To see if the same rules that worked in your previous firewall work here, try reversing the order, OR try listing them first as most general (block all) to most specific (forward to open port XXX on local IP)...

Edited for clarity.
