Pause/Unpause all torrents

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is any way to use the pause/unpause all torrent feature from a password-locked screensaver. I realize this is somewhat obscure, but it could really help if for example: I leave utorrent on while I'm out of the house, effectively hogging the bandwidth. I want my roommates to be able to pause it, yet not actually access my computer.

I doubt anything like this has been actually implemented, but if someone could point me in the right direction, or give any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Note: I'm using uTorrent 1.7.5 build 4602 and Windows XP SP2.

The screensaver is simply the default one with the password enabled.

There is a very complicated way using the webui api. It requires you to write a program so unless you got programming skills the answer is:
