atkerr Posted December 2, 2005 Report Share Posted December 2, 2005 µTorrent uses a single port but I find if I change the port in the Preferences, then any new torrents which start after that will use the new port chosen. However, any torrents which were already running will remain on the previous port. Is this normal behaviour and are there any downsides to this?Thanks. Firon Posted December 2, 2005 Report Share Posted December 2, 2005 If you unforwarded the old port, the old torrents wouldn't be able to get incoming connections. That's about it really.
