Seeding priority "Seed While" v1.2.3 BETA

Regarding the settings in the global "Seeding Priority" page:

Ex1 (the torrent is never highlighted if that would have anything to do with it):

1) Settings: 0% and 0kB/s [uNCHECKED]

2) Torrent is seeding with ratio <1 with blank ETA

3) I CHECK the global "Limit the upload rate to:"

4) Nothing happens, torrent is continuing seeding with blank ETA

Ex2

1) Settings: 1% and 0kB/s [uNCHECKED]

2) Torrent is seeding with ratio <1 and I see a ETA

3) I CHECK the global "Limit the upload rate to:" AND change to 0%

4) Torrent is stopped

Ex1 looks like a bug to me.
