A guy has posted a video on You Tube and it's a walk through guide on how to speed up uTorrent. Worked mad for me. my speed reaches 150kB/s on a average to well seed.

I've heard about the settings it recommends.

Almost like inviting a DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attack on your connection.

Set half open connections to 50 or more...equal to whatever Windows can handle.

Set connections per torrent and global connections RATHER high...if I recall correctly, like 500+.

If you're running lots of torrents at once (and basically leeching at least some of them) AND your networking hardware+software can handle that, sure you might get decent download speeds...otherwise it'll play havoc on your connection if that's not the case!
