Chances are, you're not going to find it easy to upload on those torrents, as they have dedicated seeding boxes. Find another torrent with lots of peers, and a relatively low number of seeds, and you might have an easier time uploading.Just for the record, BT has been known to throttle before as well (I'm just not remembering what they were throttling).
