Unable to delete rpt6F.tmp file

i need help on deleting the tmp file that utorrent created because it is taking chunks out of my storage space. Even if i deleted it and emptied the recycle bin, after i restarted my computer the tmp file is still there.

That file is quite likely virus-related...It WON'T go away till you kill the virus, if that's the case!
