lost data any recover chance??

hi today i did a big mistake. after downloading a big size file i pressed not delete torrent but delete torrent and data . do you know a way to recover that data. ???? now something weird is happening because when i.m downloading the same torrent file i can see this on my uTorrent (ofcourse downloading fro 0%) but there is no folder or something like this of this torrent so i event don;t know where is this downloading to......

The "+ data" part deletes progress you have so far.

It may be in your recycle bin, but if it's not, it's gone

Unless you've set uTorrent to preallocate disk space, it might take some time to write the first piece to disk. Also, right click torrent, Open Containing Folder.
