My utorrent says that it's no incoming connections (vista)

It has this yellow triangle in the bottom of the screen saying that... I've done everything that it says... I've also downloaded the PFconfig from www.portforward.com it didn't work then either.

I'm running Norton 360

I have a Belkin F5D7231-4 router

I have Windows Vista Home Premium as OS

I also have a Download with 160 seeds (80 used) who doesn't start... It has come to 89% but it won't start... The tracker is OK

edit: I forgot to tell that it is UPloading in a speed of 25-50 kb/s

1> configure the belkin router for port forwarding (pfconfig is just a piece of software you pay for to do stuff you can do for free on your own).

2> try uninstalling norton to make sure it's not blocking.

1. As said in the first post. I have done everything it says INCLUDING forwarding the port I'm using

2. Is it enough to just shut down the firewall?

No it's not enough to just "shut it down" because that basically just shuts down the control interface, not the hooks.

I'd love to answer that.. as soon as I get utorrent to NOT freeze when I start it up...

Well now, that's a totally different issue, isn't it? Hmm... Are you using a 64-bit version of Vista?
