any torrent from any site does not download

its odd. no matter what site i go on to download a torrent (mininova, piratebay, etc) the same thing happens. i click to download the torrent and then i go onto utorrent and there are no seeds and no available seeds. there are no peers but there are available peers. the torrent just sits there with no activity. im guessing its utorrent and not the actual torrents because no one is seeding off of me either.

help would be appreciated. thanks

edit: now it is rare that a few seeds pop up on the two torrents im trying to download (around 1-4) but even then there is still no downloading of the torrent and if there is, its extraordinarily slow

yes that torrent does download off only a 3 of the available 500-something but at a slightly less than decent speed

yeah i have gone through it all. i unfortunantly cannot forward my port for some reason no matter what i tried (i may be doing something wrong tho). im getting some decent speeds now, but i still dont understand why im not getting the most of the available seeds. for example, on one download there was an available 201 seeds, and i was only getting 11 of them
