Download priority

Dear Forum,

I'm newbie here.

I would like to ask about download priority.

I guide the utorrent which file should be downloaded first, second, and later,

I usually use the "High priority", "Normal priority", and "Low Priority".

I'm just curious that sometimes the utorrent still download the lower priority files,

even there are lots of high priority files, in the condition of seed:peer ratio is over 1.0.

Is that weird? Or it just coinsident ?

Second Q. Is there available the "installer package" of utorrent 'cos I remembered

the old version released with the installer package.

No it's not weird that pieces get downloaded from lower priority files.

The installer has been discontinued permanently.
