Stuck on 99.9%

I have downloaded many things before but this time i am stuck on 99.9%.It started ok but no seeds connecting as there was 50 to start with.Now torrent has 103 seeds all of my data came from over 6000 peers.Its showing no more pieces to be downloaded.I have downloaded over 4.26gb and uploaded 692mb and showing 0 hashfails.My dmz mode has always been disabled on my router. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i also am stuck on 99.9% and there is 1.999 available... there are two seeders and the file is 4.35gb and i have downloaded 4.36gb, so confused
