Hi I'm new here and i need help i'm behind a router but my port is ok the problem is tha a yellow tick is apears sorry fom my bad english....

Your modem may also contain a mini-router and/or firewall that needs to be disabled or configured.

You may have antivirus software that also contains a (hidden?) firewall that needs to be disabled or configured.

Some viruses, trojans, and even adware/spyware can act like firewalls...because they route some traffic through them but do it incorrectly.

Any or all of those may be your problem.

The firewall was the problem since i closed it turns to green(smile) but i need protection i use kaspersky internet secury but i dont know what kind f configuration i have to do.
