Continue downloading from another session

Does anybody know how to continue downloading a torrent from another windows session? I'm using Vista Home Premium

Are you dual-booting...? If so, then the migration guide probably isn't necessary. You'll just need to make sure the torrent files are accessible from the operating systems you're trying to use µTorrent with (and you'll have to make µTorrent use a single directory for its .dat files).
