Can I pause files that are not 100% available?

Hello, I'm downloading some torrents that have low availability.

To prevent wasting bandwidth, I would like that incomplete torrents are paused (no download & no upload) until I see that they are 100% available.

Is this possible in utorrent?

You can manually pause the torrents, but there's no means of automatically pausing them.

You can also decrease the upload speed and upload slots on "never-ending download" torrents. I've done that myself numerous times when my ratio for that torrent is 4+:1 and I'm having to upload to every new peer to get them to the same percentage that I have...this despite other peers on the torrent.
