speed decrease from 100+(kb) to 10- when computer/utorrent is shut dow

when i close my computer or my utorrent the next time i open my utorrent the speed decreases to 10kb more or less and its usually 100-200kb when i start the download and the answer dont shut down your computer or utorrent (which i get in most formus) is unacceptable by the other people who live in my house please help it takes years to download something and i cant leave the computer open even for one night!!! for reasones i wish not to share

Run µTorrent a couple hours in the day instead then.

And actually stop the torrents at night before shutting down...to see if that makes the torrents faster after starting them back up the next day.

Would µTorrent's boss key (hides in the background) help for when others use that comuter?
