Downloads and uploads not working

Any ideas?

My downloads and uploads suddenly stopped. All of the seeds are now showing as zero, even though there were plenty. There are still loads of peers showing.

Have I done something wrong or have I lost the connection?

I have rebooted my PC but still the same.

Tiscali = stupid

Your ISP is known to throttle BitTorrent, and there probably isn't much you can do about it (you can search the forums for tiscali and find other users having trouble with them as well).
