Requesting Seeds?

Hello and good day! I am fairly new to torrents, but have been very greatful for some of the hard to find files and information that is made available to us via this means. Thank you..

I have a very simple question. A file I am trying to download shows there about 6 seeds but in the bracket, which I assume means not active.

Is there a way to politely ask those seeds to make available the file I am attempting to download?

I am sorry for accidently posting that question here. I did in fact read the rules before I posted it. apparently I misunderstood.. I will do my best to follow your lead, but that is part of the reason I posted here, because I did not see anything where I downloaded the file about a forum to ask questions.. sooooooo,, just a newbie trying his best not to break the rules. If the place you got the .torrent from has no comment section or anything, there's nothing you can do except wait for a seeder to hop on, or just find a new torrent.
