xero Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 I have a list of torrents on my desktop from which I have chosen and downloaded torrents. When I try to open it to select other torrents I get messages saying these are "already in the list of torrents" and "do I want to load these trackers." Where does the list of torrents (and trackers) reside?Why does my status bar say "download speed limited"? How do I stop uTorrent removing a torrent from the window as soon as it is completed? Can't continue to upload if the torrent disappears.Also, as is obvious, I am new at this; where can I find definitions of terms such as "tracker" and other torrentspeak? I appreciate the forums and help from moderators and others, it is good for people to help each other out, but I would like to learn as much as I can and keep requests to a minimum. :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Switeck Posted November 29, 2007 Report Share Posted November 29, 2007 In the future, lower µTorrent's settings to well below your connection's max so your ISP isn't throwing data-packets away AND still counting them against your monthly quota.
