Sado0og Posted November 29, 2007 Report Posted November 29, 2007 I'm using Utorrent for 6 months....I have configured my (linksys WAG200G) router correctly....whenever i download a file it says "your port open and work fine" and the sign is green doesn't indicate any problem...yesterday I was downloading a file but the speed went down to 1. reach 6 KB..my connection speed is 256 and the torrent download speed was 35 KBmy port is 6112LOOK AT the PICs below....PIC1 there is no problem with my networkPIC2 the port is not open
Ultima Posted December 1, 2007 Report Posted December 1, 2007 You're probably using some proxy in your browser, in which case the port checker might not detect your real IP.
Sado0og Posted December 2, 2007 Author Report Posted December 2, 2007 I do't use proxy everthis problem came me two weeks ago....i still use same ISP n same settings
Switeck Posted December 2, 2007 Report Posted December 2, 2007 Your ISP may use a transparent proxy and reroute purely HTTP traffic through it while FTP, gaming, and file-sharing are routed through a different ip.
Sado0og Posted December 3, 2007 Author Report Posted December 3, 2007 ....my ISP had an offer 6 months ago....buy three months 256 Kp and u will get world of warcraft game with a free month...........maybe u r right.......is there any solution ??
Switeck Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 Do more online research (lots of searches) on what's wrong with your connection I guess.Look for people reporting bittorrent problems and proxy issues.
