Utorrent in 'temp directory'

So, having this message pop up when I try and open a file into utorrent (I'm very new at this).

"You're trying to run uTorrent from the temporary directory in Windows. This is probably not what you want to do. Press OK to install utorrent."

I found this, and read it over... It's only 1 file that I'm trying to download/use. But I'm not getting a menu handle problem.

Where are you running the uTorrent .EXE from?
