Slow download speed, ports not forward

Ok heres my problem, have utorrent, said ports weren't forwarded, so i went and did it, added port 6881 (which i use) and my IP, and submitted, did the test again, still not open, tried with a different port, still not opened, zonealarm is allowing utorrent on port 6881 so it should be open.

Router is a belkin any help or no hope?

Hi Are you on DSL ?? If so what is the Make & Model of your Modem?? If you are on Cable do you have a Motorla SurfBoare Cable Modem??

Also it is Best to use ports in the Range of 10000-50000 as most ISP's Block the 6000 range especiazlly those that are used for Torrent Programs.
