Slow donwload speed

Hi.

This is my current status:

I have tried forwarding a port, but without success.

I tried the openoffice torrent and it maxed out my connection (around 200kB/s) in a few seconds. The linux torrent only went to around 70 kB/s.

Is this just a bad torrent?

Edit: I checked the flags. I have no I's. Is this because of my port problem?

I = Incoming connections, which are ONLY possible if you're not firewalled.

Not only routers can firewall you...you may have a firewall (or mini-router) hidden in your modem, or in your antivirus/antispyware software. Even spyware and viruses may have firewall-like effects due to being poorly written trash.
