i can only download 3 things at a time ? are my settings wrong ? how can i fix this plz ?

Is your connection fast enough to upload more than 3 torrents at once to 4 people PER torrent?

(That'd require 20+ KiloBYTES/sec dedicated upload speed btw to stay compatible with the BitTorrent protocol.)
