speed, speed speed

Help, gone through all guides and this forum. my speed at 95% of the time is at 5 - 15kbps and upto 25kbps the other 5%. can anyone help as gone through the guides and this has not helped. I am on u/t 1.7.2 using tesco broadband, Mozilla firefox, kerio personal firewall 4 and staganos antivirus 2007,

i checked my comp. via start, run and entering cmd /k; ipconfig /all and the dhcp? (I dont know if I got the letters right) was set to "not enabled"

I love the utorrent software but I just need more speed

Bottom Line:: 3X faster than 56K 1MB Upload in 46.55 sec

Tested from a 386 kB file and took 17.906 seconds to complete

Upload Diagnosis:: 90% + Okay : running at 93.65 % of your hosts average (tesco.net)
