gte619n Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 Hey guys,Here's the situation I've got. I've got the WebUI all installed nice and proper. It's running great. I've got it installed on my file/torrent/gbpvr box along with the uTorrent client. What I'd like to do, is on my desktop, be able to click a torrent file and have it automatically load into the remote server and start downloading. Also, it'd be great to have this work from my laptop on the road through dydns (WebUI running through dydns already). Is there something out there that would give me this ability? I've kind of thought maybe through a .bat file or windows scripting language, but I don't have a whole lot of experience with that. Thanks!Evan
jewelisheaven Posted December 4, 2007 Report Posted December 4, 2007 Set the Ctrl-P -> Advanced -> Other "auto load torrents in... " on the server to some accessible shared folder on your computer.AFAIK WebUI currently still does not allow changing download path... i.e. it uses the most recently used folder in.. uhm the Add Torrent dialog box. Loading torrents through WebUI should work fine as long as you want to save it the same place you last saved from the client window Hope this helps.
