How Do I Seed Stuff That`s Already Downloaded?

I`ve just changed my system & had to re-install everything. I`ve got loads of stuff that I`d like to seed. How do I get my already downloaded stuff to seed again? Can I do it through uTorrent? I`ve looked in the help files & FAQ but couldn`t find anything to help.

If you follow the migration guide on the torrents you want to reseed, it will work.
